Our Return to Worship
Good news! We will be able to worship at the church building again next Sunday, 10/27!
The building has been dried out and disinfected. While the work of rebuilding is yet to come, it is at least safe for us to meet and worship.
The classrooms are not available, so for now we will only resume our Sunday worship at 11AM and 6PM.
Sad News for Our Preacher and Family
Caleb was finally able to enter the house at the church property and discovered that Hurricane Milton brought about 3 in of sewer backup throughout the home. It is a devastating loss as Caleb and his family will be dislocated while repairs are made. Also they will have to assess what of their property was lost. We ask for everyone to keep them in your prayers. Our congregation is so thankful to have his family with us, and we are just so sad that they have suffered in this way, but we are looking forward to helping them make a fresh start. May God bless all of those in our church and our community who have suffered loss. May our faith be strengthened in HIm that we might depend on Him for peace and for our daily bread. All Services Cancelled Due to Hurricane Damage
The church building itself was not damaged by Hurricane Milton, but sewer water flooded into the auditorium and the classroom hallway. We will need to keep the building closed for services until carpet can be professionally cleaned or replaced. For our members, please pass this message along as you are able. Now Offering Correspondence Course
